摘　　要：目的　建立阿莫西林钠细菌内毒素检查的方法。方法　按《中国药典》2 0 0 0年版二部附录细菌内毒素检查法和细菌内毒素检查法应用指导原则进行试验。结果　本品在 5 .0mg·mL-1稀释浓度以下无干扰作用 ,L =0 .2EU·mg-1。OBJECTIVE To establish the method test of bacterial endotoxin in amoxicillin sodium. METHOD According to the CP2000,inhibition or enhancement test for bacterial endotoxins test was performed.RESULTS 5.0mg·mL -1 solution of amoxicillin sodium didn't inhibit or enhance the test , L=0.2EU·mL -1.CONCLUSION A bacterial endotoxins test method was established and can replace pyrogen test for this specimen.
