摘　　要：试验研究了饲料中添加寡糖对断奶猪肠道菌群和体外增殖的影响。结果表明 ,寡糖对双歧杆菌、乳酸菌增殖有促进作用 ,在体内有抑制大肠杆菌增殖作用。复配寡糖比单一寡糖对降低 pH和促进双歧杆菌、乳酸菌增殖有更明显效果。The effects of oligosaccharides added to diets on the enteric microflora of weanling pigs and the bacterial multiplication in vitro were studied. The results showed that oligosaccharides could promote the proliferation of bifidobacterium and lactic acid bacteria, but suppress in vivo proliferation of E.coli; compound oligosaccharides could reduce pH value and promote the proliferation of bifidobacterium and lactic acid bacteria more obviously than simple oligosaccharides.
