职业院校师生心理困惑现象的成因及对策

摘　　要：高等职业技术教育既面临发展机遇又面临重重困难 ,因此职业技术学院的师生普遍出现了心理困惑现象。这里对职业技术学院师生的心理困惑现象的成因进行了调查分析 。With view of both opportunities and difficulties in the course of development, there appears a widespread psychological confusion among the faculty and students in the vocational-technical college. Some measures are raised on basis of an investigation of the causes of the confusion.
