摘　　要：本文考察晚清贵州籍著名学者郑珍的重要著作《说文新附考》。文章对该书的内容进行全面分析,并在此基础上对作者的学术思想、研究方法、治学态度以及郑氏父子在《说文》新附字研究上的贡献试作评论。This paper examines the important work, Shuowen Xinfu Kao (说文新附考) , written by Zheng Zhen(郑珍) .who was a famous scholar from Guizhou(贵州) in the late Qing Dynasty (清). On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the content of the book, the thesis makes some comments on the writer's leaning ideas, studying methods, research attitudes and the contributions to the study of Shuowen(说文) made by Zheng Zhen(郑珍) and his son.
