摘　　要：目的探讨肥胖症、2型糖尿病合并肥胖症患者及正常对照者皮下脂肪组织中resistinmRNA表达情况。方法应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应检测17例肥胖症、12例2型糖尿病合并肥胖症患者及10例正常对照者皮下脂肪组织resistinmRNA表达,同时逆转录resistin基因特异片段和内参照片段GAPDH,以二者的积分吸光度比值作为resistinmRNA的相对表达量。结果肥胖症、2型糖尿病合并肥胖症及正常对照组三者间resistinmRNA的相对表达量。肥胖症、2型糖尿病合并肥胖症及正常对照组三者间resistinmRNA表达量无明显差异(3组积分吸光度比值I/r分别为1.36±0.43、1.39±0.51、1.31±0.45,两两比较P>0.05)。结论ResistinmRNA表达可能与肥胖症、2型糖尿病关系不密切。Objective To investigate the expression profile of resistin mRNA o f fat tissues from obesity and type 2 diabetes complicated obesity. Methods Semi -quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of resistin mRNA of fat tissues in 17 specimens of obesity and 12 type 2 diabetes complicated obesity a s well as 10 normal control. GAPDH was used as an internal reference for the est imation of the relative expression level of resistin mRNA. Results The relative mRNA expression of resistin in obesity, type 2 diabetes and normal control howed no significantly difference (P >0.05); the I/r ratio was 1.39±0.43, 1.41±0.51 and 1.36±0.45 respectively. Conclusion The expression level of resistin mRNA i n fat tissues may not relate to obesity and type 2 diabetes.
