摘　　要：振兴东北老工业基地的房地产业,具有产业基础坚实、国家政策倾斜、物资资源丰富和人力资源雄厚等优势。提出了完善房地产业体制、增强自有资金能力、扩展需求满足供应和发展住宅产业化等建议。In order to revitalize the real estate industry in the northeast old industrial base, the industry base is solid, the government policies are favorable, the material resources and human resources are abundant. It is put forward that the real estate industry system should be improved, the enterprise-owned capital should be enhanced, the demand should be encouraged to meet supply, the housing industrialization should be developed.
