摘　　要：目的　探讨E钙粘附素与乳腺癌浸润、转移和预后的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法检测 77例乳腺癌、15例乳腺增生症和 15例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中E钙粘附素表达水平。结果　E钙粘附素在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率为 5 5 .8% ,明显低于乳腺增生症和乳腺纤维腺瘤组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;E钙粘附素与乳腺癌腋淋巴结有无转移、有无远处转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　E钙粘附素在乳腺癌浸润和转移中可能起重要作用 ,且对判断乳腺癌预后有一定的指导意义。Objective To study the relationship between E-cadherin(E-Cad)and infiltration metastasis and proghosis of breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to investigate the expression of E-Cad in 77 cases of breast cancer,15 cases of breast fibroadenoma and 15 cases of breast proliferation.Results The positive rate of E-Cad was 55.8%,which was lower than that in cases of breast fibroadenoma and breast proliferation (P<0.05).The expression of E-Cad was significantly related to lymph node status and distant metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of E-Cad may play an important role in infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer,and it is helpful for evaluation of prognosis of breast cancer.
