摘　　要：目的　探讨肝癌患者外周血甲胎蛋白mRNA表达水平与肝外转移及预后的关系。方法　采用realtime PCR(RT PCR)技术 ,定量检测 5 6例肝细胞癌患者外周血甲胎蛋白mRNA的表达水平。结果　5 6例肝癌患者外周血甲胎蛋白mRNA的平均表达水平为 (346 4 4 .6± 94 90 5 .4 )copies/ μgRNA ,伴有肝外转移的 13例 10 0 %为阳性 ,平均水平为 (1385 6 9.2± 15 94 99.3)copies/ μgRNA。 结论　伴有肝外转移的肝癌患者外周血甲胎蛋白mRNA呈高水平表达 ,甲胎蛋白mRNA可作为诊断肝癌远处转移的重要指标之一。Objective To study the relationship between a-fetoprotein(AFP) mRNA expression in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and extrahepatic metastasis and prognosis.Methods To study the expression level of AFP mRNA in peripheral blood of 56 patients with HCC was measured by real time RT-PCR.Results The expression level of AFP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with HCC was (34 644.6±94 905.4) copies/μg RNA,which was (138 569.2±159 499.3)copies/μg RNA in 13,100% AFP mRNA positive patients with extrahepatic metastasis.Conclusion AFP mRNA is over-expressed in peripheral blood of HCC patients with extrahepatic metastasis.It might be a valuable marker for predicting hematogenous spreading metastasis of HCC.
