透明质酸钠凝胶在非穿透小梁手术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨透明质酸钠凝胶在非穿透小梁手术 (NPTS)中的应用价值。方法　对曾行丝裂霉素C(MMC)辅助的非穿透小梁手术的原发性开角型青光眼病例进行回顾性分析 ,符合条件的连续病例共 35例 (46只眼 ) ,其中 30只眼不联合透明质酸钠凝胶植入 ,16只眼联合透明质酸钠凝胶植入 ,考察其术后视力、眼压、滤过泡和并发症情况。结果　联合透明质酸钠凝胶植入者在术后视力改善、降眼压幅度、滤过泡的形成和维持及并发症预防等方面与非植入者相比均无显著性差异。结论　两种手术方法均能在一定时期内有效控制眼压 ,在联合应用MMC的情况下 ,经随访 2 4个月 ,透明质酸钠凝胶植入组的手术效果并不优于非植入组。Objective To investigate the value of application of sodium hyaluronate gel in nonpenetrating trabecular surgery (NPTS).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 46 eyes of 35 consecutive matched patients with primary open angle glaucoma which performed NPTS with mitomycin C supplementary treatment,sodium hyaluronate gel was embedded intraoperatively in 30 eyes of them and the rest eyes not.The postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure,filtrating bleb and complications were observed.Results There was no significantly difference between the two groups in the improvement of visual acuity,the reduction of intraocular pressure,the lasting time of functional filtrating bleb and the occurrence of complications.Conclusion Both operations may control intraocular pressue.The operative results of combined sodium hyaluronate gel and mitomycin C are not better than that of the ones without implantation during the followed-up period of 24 months.
