摘　　要：新时期,高校思想政治工作将面临新的环境、新的机遇和挑战。高校思想政治工作者认清形势,深入研究新形势下高校改革发展趋势和师生思想特点,努力改进思想政治工作内容、方法和手段,以全面提高思想政治工作队伍素质,以适应新时期高校思想政治工作的新要求。In the new period people who are engaged in the ideological political work are faced with new environment, opportunities and challenges. They should get a clear understanding of the current situation, making a thorough investigation of the trend of reform and development in colleges and the characteristics of ideological ideas of college teachers and students, and making great efforts to improve the political and ideological contents, methods, and means of the work to raise the quality of the political workers in order to meet the latest requirements for political and ideological work in colleges.
