摘  要:在深入讨论柴油机排放特点和对喷油系统要求的基础上,以ECD U2系统为例分析高压共轨喷油系统的结构特点及其对柴油机性能的改善,尤其是在控制排放方面所起的作用,并介绍了ECD U2系统的实际应用情况.With the control of the pressure,timing and rate of fuel injection,high pressure common-rail injection system can improve the whole performance of diesel engine,so it is regarded as the most potential electronic controlled system for diesel engine.On the basis of deep discussion about emission and demand on the injection system,the construction of high pressure common-rail injection system and the performance improvement of diesel engine in the case of ECD-U2 system,especially its function of emission control are analysed.Applications of this system are also introduced.
