摘　　要：目的探讨上皮样肉瘤的组织发生、病理、临床表现。方法统计近40年上皮样肉瘤国外的文献500例,国内文献30例的资料并进行分析。结果上皮样肉瘤组织起源为原始间叶组织,可发生于躯体任何部位,以上肢多见。结论上皮样肉瘤临床少见,系恶性肿瘤。宜早期手术切除,术后辅以放、化疗。Objective: To determine the nascence of histogenetic, pathologic and clinic findings in patient with epithelioid sarcoma. Methods: There were 500 cases in overseas and 29 cases in domestic with epithelioid sarcoma and their clinical data were analyzed. Results: Nascence of epithelioid sarcoma was primary space mesoderm, it is appeared in any part of body, more in upper limbs. Conclusions: It is infrequency, malignant tumor. It is betimes operation, radialization and chemistry therapy.
