摘　　要：开展护士职业道德内化教育 ,有利于培养护士高度的责任感和爱岗敬业精神 ,增强护理工作的职业道德意识 ,提高护理工作水平 。Inner education about nurses professional morality can help to train responsibility and spirit for their career, strengthen the sense of their professional morality, improve their working level and promote the development of nursing.
