摘　　要：目的　探讨牛磺酸 (Tau)和丹参提取液 (Ts)对运动所致心脏衰竭小鼠心肌耐受力的影响。方法　第一阶段 :将小鼠随机分为安静、运动衰竭、牛磺酸运动衰竭、丹参运动衰竭 4组 ,分别观测Tau和Ts对小鼠游泳时间和心肌酶的影响。第二阶段 :应用不同浓度的Tau和Ts的混合液进行实验 ,方法同一阶段。结果　第一阶段 :Tau运动衰竭组、Ts运动衰竭组较单独运动衰竭组游泳时间有显著延长 ,磷酸肌酸激酶 (CPK)活力也明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;第二阶段 ,高浓度Tau与中浓度Ts对小鼠的游泳能力影响最大。结论　Tau、Ts都能提高受试小鼠的运动耐力 ,减少对心肌的损伤 ,Tau、Ts的混合液优于单独用药 ,且以Tau84 0mg/kg、Ts32 0mg/kg为最佳组合。Objective To explore the endurance on rat with heart failure caused by sports through taking Taurine or Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods In the first phase,the rats were grouped randomly into contrast,and sports,Tau and Ts groups.The influence on the rats' swimming time and cardiac muscle enzyme done by Taurine or Salvia miltiorrhiza was observed separately.In the second phase,the test with the mixture of Taurine and Salvia miltiorrhiza of different concentration was conducted with the same method as that in the first phase.Results In the first phase,the swimming time was obviously longer while the CPK was lower in the Tau and Ts groups,comparing with the contrast group(P<0.05).In the second phase,the swimming time was the longest when the rats took the mixture of Taurine with high concentration and Salvia miltiorrhiza with middle one.Conclusion Both Taurine and Salvia miltiorrhiza could improve the sports endurance and reduce the damage to cardiac muscle of the tested rats.Using mixture of both Taurine and Salvia miltiorrhiza instead of Taurine or Salvia miltiorrhiza alone has better effects.
