摘　　要：苏德战争初期 ,由于战前的一系列政治、经济、军事原因 ,苏军在兵力兵器大于德军的情况下遭到重大失利。苏联没有从这些方面进行总结 ,而把苏军的重大失利归结为双方兵力悬殊。这种观点是违背历史事实的 ,掩盖了战争初期苏军失利的真正内在原因。如果以分析苏军的编成和部署为研究视角 ,就可以探讨战争初期苏军失利的真正原因 。In the early period of Soviet-German war, Red Army, with more soldiers and munitions than the enemy, met with terrible failure for a series of political, economic and military reasons. The Soviet Union thought that the Red Army's failure resulted from the great disparity of soldiers. This is not true with historical facts, but an excuse to hide the real causes. This essay, by analyzing the establishment and arrangement of Red Army, seeks the real causes of failure so as to restore the true color of history.
