摘　　要：从管理体制这个维度出发 ,探讨浙江省公共体育场馆实行经营型管理的改革取得了明显的经济效益 ,在一定程度上缓解了经费不足的矛盾 ,然而在其经营管理的过程中也存在诸多问题、面临许多困难。通过分析浙江省公共体育场馆经营管理过程中存在的问题 ,探讨相应对策 ,旨在不断提高浙江省公共体育场馆经营管理水平。From the view of management system, this paper probes into the present situation of the public gymnasium management in Zhejiang province. Its reform has achieved obvious economical benefits which to some extent has easen the difficulty of lacking in fund. But in the process of its management, it also faces up with many problems and difficulties. Through discussing the problems,this paper puts forw ard some corresponding countermeasures to improve its management level.
