摘 要:目的 :评价胶原类材料作为牙齿组织工程研究的支架材料的可行性。方法 :将生长因子诱导后的人牙源性间充质细胞与胶原类材料复合后进行体外三维培养 ,观察细胞生长和增殖情况。结果 :细胞在胶原凝胶中生长良好 ,并保持了分化表型。细胞在胶原膜表面伸展充分 ,生长良好 ,增殖活跃 ,细胞表面可见多数分泌颗粒。结论 :胶原类材料适宜牙源性间充质细胞的生长。然而 ,它们坚韧性不高 ,而且无法为矿化组织细胞的生长提供充足的矿物离子环境。因此 。Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of collagen materials as scaffolds for tissue engineering of tooth. Methods: The induced human dental mesenchymal cells were seeded onto collagen materials. After in vitro culture, cell growth and proliferation were determined with HE staining, immunofluorescent staining and SEM. Results:The cells adhered and proliferated well on collagen gel, and kept the differentiated phenotype. The cells also grew well on the collagen membrane, and many secretary particles could be found on the cellular surface. Conclusion: Collagen materials showed good biocompatibility with dental mesenchymal cells. But collagen materials aren't hard enough, and can't provide sufficient mineralization microenvironment for seeding cells. So, Collagen materials should be used as assistant scaffolds for tissue engineering of tooth.
