锌硼钡锰与氟在脱涎鼠龋病形成过程中的作用

摘  要:目的 :观察微量元素锌、硼、钡、锰与氟共同作用时对脱涎鼠龋病形成过程的影响。方法 :将 10 2只实验小鼠分成 7组 ,其中有 6组为脱涎鼠 ,在其饮水中分别加入锌、硼、钡、锰及氟元素 ,3个月后观察小鼠龋病发生情况并与对照组比较。结果 :加氟元素组与对照组相比 ,患龋率明显下降 ,而既加氟又分别加锌、硼、钡、锰 4种微量元素组 ,与只加氟元素的对照组比较其患龋率明显升高。结论 :一定浓度氟具有明显抑龋作用 ,过量的锌、硼、钡、锰对氟的抑龋作用有拮抗 。Objective: To study the effects of Zinc,Boron,Barium,Manganese and Fluorine on dental caries development in desalivated mice. Methods: 120 mice were divided into 7 groups,6 groups were desalivated mice.They were fed with different concentration Fluorine and Zinc,Boron, Barium,Manganese respectively.The jaws were removed and examined 3 months later. Results: The dental caries scores were lower in the F- group than in the control group. However,the groups with Zinc,Boron,Barium,Manganese were higher than the Fluorine group. Conclusion: Fluorine can reduce the cariogenic effects in desalivated mice, but Zinc,Boron,Barium,Manganese have the antagonism to Fluorine.
