摘 要:目的 :研究茶多酚对粘性放线菌的抗菌活性。方法 :从根面龋患者龋蚀中分离鉴定 17株粘性放线菌临床分离株 ,采用琼脂稀释法测定茶多酚对两种不同浓度粘性放线菌菌液的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 :茶多酚对粘性放线菌的MICR为 5 0 0~ 4 0 0 0mg/L ,MIC50 及MIC90 为 2 0 0 0mg/L。 10 6CFU/mL与 10 8CFU/mL菌液浓度对实验结果无明显影响。结论Objective: Actinomyces visosus is the main Pathogens of root surface carious, This study was aimed at observing the antibacterial activities of tea polyphenols on Actinomyces visosus. Methods: 17 stains of Actinomyces visosus were isolated from root surface carious lesion. The agar dilution method was used to determine the minimal inhibitive concentration (MIC) of tea polyphenols against clinical isolates. Results: The MICR of tea polyphenols on Actinomyces visosus was 500~4000mg/l, the MIC50 and MIC90 were 2000mg/L. The different concentration of Actinomyces visosus (10 6CFU/mL and 1×10 8CFU/ml) had not influenced the results. Conclusion: Tea polyphenols has significant antibacterial effect on Actinomyces visosus.
