摘　　要：目的探讨E-钙粘附蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)与胃癌侵袭转移恶性表型形成及预后的关系。方法采用S-P免疫组化法检测65例胃癌组织标本、35例癌旁组织E-cad的表达情况,分析其与胃癌临床特征、预后间的关系。结果胃癌中E-cad阳性表达率为723%,阳性产物主要见于细胞膜,癌旁组织阳性表达率为943%,两者间相比有显著性差异(P<001);胃癌组织中E-cad阳性表达与患者性别、年龄、民族、病程、病变部位、肿瘤大小、大体形态、病理分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期均无明显相关性(P>005);与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<005);但阳性表达者根治术后复发转移率及死亡率与阴性表达者相比无显著性差异(P>005)。结论胃癌组织中存在着E-cad蛋白低表达现象。Objective: To investigate the expression of E-cadherin (E-cad) in the patients with gastric cancer, and to evaluate its correlation with invasion. metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma Method: Sixty five gastric cancer specimens and 35 adjacent noncancerous lesions diagnosed microscopically in our hospital from 1994～1998 were detected by immunohistochemical assay for the expression of E-cad Results: Gastric cancer expressed E-cad less frequently than adjacent noncancerous lesions (72 3%vs94 3%; P<0 05), its expression located at membranes and correlated only with lymph node metastasis And there was no difference of recurrence and metastasis between positive expression patients and negative ones, all patients underwent radical resection Conclusion: These results demonstrated that there existed lower expression of E-cad in gastric cancer, its positive expression seemed negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis
