甘润口含片治疗口腔溃疡的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨甘润口含片能否用于治疗口腔粘膜溃疡及口腔炎症,为其临床试验提供理论依据。方法应用小鼠扭体法、二甲苯致小鼠耳壳炎症法来了解甘润口含片的镇痛、抗炎作用;应用家兔口腔溃疡模型观察甘润口含片促进口腔粘膜溃疡的愈合作用。结果甘润口含片具有镇痛、抗炎、促进口腔粘膜愈合的作用。结论甘润口含片可以用于治疗口腔粘膜溃疡及口腔炎症的临床实验。Objective: To the explore effectiveness of the Ganrun Buccal tablet for curing oral cavity ulcer and inflammation,and provide evidence for its clinical application Methods: using mouse twisting method and mouse earlap inflammation caused by dimethylbenzene method to investigate the curative efficacy of the Ganrun ; Using the model of rabbit′s mouth ulceration to observe the cicatrisation effect of the tablet on the ulcer Results: The ganrun showed the virtue of ache easing, inflammation resisting and cicatrisation promoting Conclusions: The Ganrun Buccal tablet can be used for the therapy of stomatocace and mouth inflammation
