口腔溃疡油的研制及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察口腔溃疡油临床疗效。方法　用中西药相结合的方法拟定处方 ,对主要成分紫草、黄柏、氧氟沙星分别进行定性鉴别和紫外分光光度法测定含量。选择复发性口疮患者 380例 ,随机分为 2组 ,A组用口腔溃疡油局部涂擦 ,B组用冰硼散局部外敷 ,分别在第 3、5、7天复诊 ,记录临床症状和体征 ,并进行疗效评定。结果　口腔溃疡油质量可控 ,临床使用无不良反应 ,治疗复发性口疮总有效率达 98.95 % ,其近期疗效优于冰硼散。结论　口腔溃疡油具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎的作用 ,且无刺激性 ,临床疗效满意。Objective To develop a new medicine which is named oral ulcer oil and investigate the clinic effect on treating recurrent oral ulcer (ROU). Methods According to the mechanisms of ROU, we made the prescription which combined taraditional medicine with modern one. A qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of arnebia root, amur cork-tree and ofxacin which were the chief complements of the oil was made. 380 patients of ROU were randomly divided into two groups. Oral ulcer oil was used in group A and powder bing-peng in group B. The clinical symptoms and signs were recorded after 3, 5 and 7days and the curative effect were compared. Results The quality of oral ulcer oil could be controlled without adverse reaction. The effective rate of group A in healing ROU was 98.95%,which was obviously higher than that of group B. Conclusion Oral ulcer oil was cool and could counteract toxicity and subdue inflammation. It was suggested that oral ulcer oil was an effective drug for ROU, and could be widely made and used in every hospital.
