摘　　要：以互联网络为代表的第四媒体的出现,给全世界新闻传播领域带来了一场深刻的革命。利用互联网传播先进文化、开发中文信息资源,推进网络文化多元化是时代发展的要求。将人文资源保护、开发与网络传播相结合,是继承和弘扬优秀传统文化的重要手段之一,也是发展社会主义先进文化的有力措施。As the fourth medium,the emergence of the Internet has brought forth a great revolution to the news or communicative field all over the world.The new situation has made it a necessity to use the network to diffuse advanced culture,explore Chinese information resource and push on the plurality of internet to combine the protection or exploration of humanity resources with the network communication,which is one of the great means to inherit and carry forward outstanding traditional culture,and a strong measure to develop the advanced culture of socialism.
