穴位注射疗法对MNNG致慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠肝组织病理及SOD影响

摘　　要：目的　观察穴位注射对慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)病变过程中肝脏功能的影响。方法　运用 MNNG造模致大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎 ,随机分成模型组、调肝和胃组、健脾和胃组和空白组。调肝和胃组用足三里、太冲 ;健脾和胃组用足三里、太白。穴位注射用药为黄芪注射液和当归注射液的混合液。两组在 w10起行穴位注射治疗 ,至 w31结束时止。结果　调肝和胃组、健脾和胃组肝组织病理变化轻于模型组 ,调肝和胃组优于健脾和胃组 ;两组 SOD指标也明显优于模型组 ,调肝和胃组与健脾和胃组相比有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　肝功能的好坏影响 CAG的发生发展 ,治疗 CAG要注意调肝疏肝。Purpose To investigate hepatic functions in chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods A rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis was made with MNNG. The rats were randomly divided into model, regulating liver and stomach, and reinforcing spleen and stomach groups. A blank group was set up. The regulating liver and stomach group was treated by injecting Zusanli and Taichong and the reinforcing spleen and stomach group, by injecting Zusanli and Taibai, with a mixture of Astragali injectio and Angelicae injectio. Point injection began in w10 and finished in w31 in both the groups.Results Hepatic lesions were milder in the regulating liver and stomach, and reinforcing spleen and stomach groups than in the model group and slighter in the regulating liver and stomach group than in the reinforcing spleen and stomach group. SOD activity was also higher in both the groups than in the model group, and there was a significant difference between the regulating liver and stomach group and the reinforcing spleen and stomach group ( P <0.01).Conclusion The condition of hepatic functions influences CAG generation and development. Attention should be paid to regulating and soothing the liver in CAG treatment.
