摘  要:目的 探讨神经肽YY2 (NPYY2 )受体调节大鼠学习记忆的可能机制。方法 建立学习记忆障碍模型 ,双侧海马插管注射Y2特异性激动剂NPY 3 36 ,观察其对大鼠学习记忆的影响 ,并利用免疫组化方法 ,检测与学习记忆密切相关的即刻早期基因c -fos表达情况。结果  1.注射NPY3 36组大鼠训练期的错误次数较对照组无显著性差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而记忆测试期的潜伏期较对照组显著延长 ,错误次数显著减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2 .注射NPY 3 36组大鼠双侧背海马各区c -fos阳性细胞数与生理盐水组比较明显增加。结论 NPY通过Y2受体能促进大鼠的记忆能力 ,并可能通过促进cObjective To study the role of neuropeptide Y (NPY) Y2 receptor in learning and memory of rats. Methods NPY Y2 receptor specific agonist NPY 3-36 was infused into the bilateral hippocampus of adult rats. Control group were infused with saline. And the effect of learning and memory in rats was examined by the step down test. The errors in training (learning results) and retention time and errors in retention trial period (memory results) were recorded.Results There was no significant difference in acquisition in 2 groups. In contrast, on the retention test, there was significant difference between the NPY 3-36 group and saline group. The number of c-fos gene positive cells in the CA1,CA3 and dentate gyrus of hippocampus were markedly higher than those in saline group.Conclusions NPY Y2 receptor in the hippocampus takes part in the consolidation course of memory And NPY Y2 receptor may be involved with learning and memory processes through c-fos gene expression.
