摘　　要：提出并设计了自适应预报控制系统 ,介绍了系统的组成、控制算法及软件等。将其应用于切入式磨床磨削加工 ,加工精度可提高 80 %The self-adaptive predicting & control system (SPCS) were put forward and designed,and its composition component,calculation of control methods and computer flow diagram were introduced.With SPCS applied in the grinding process of plunge machine,the grinding accuracy may be improved by 80%.
