摘　　要：盗窃犯罪数量多、危害大。当前的盗窃犯罪表现出新的特点,有其复杂的原因,应当加强防范。适用刑法,首先应当认真分析、正确认定;其次应当量刑轻缓、罪刑相当。There are some causes for the large amount of the crime of theft. Because the crime of theft can bring about great harm to the society, it should be prevented and cracked down with a more powerful hand than before. Nowadays the crime of theft has shown its new characteristics . How to apply the criminal law to the crime of theft, firstly, we should give a careful analysis and an accurate judgment; secondly, we should give a lighter penalty and balance its crime and punishment.
