摘　　要：法、德、日三国的刑事再审程序关键的框架性规定非常类似甚至相同,呈现出大陆法系国家刑事再审程序的一般面貌和共同特征,在我国刑事再审制度改革呼之欲出的现阶段尤其值得对其探讨和借鉴。The key framework stipulations regarding criminal case re- trial procedures in France, Germany and Japan were very similar or even identical and present the common aspects and characteristics of the continental law system. They are worth exploration and can be used for reference when reform of criminal case re- trial system is about to take place in China.
