摘　　要：落实科学发展观对沈阳师范大学发展建设意义十分重大。按照科学发展观的要求,我们必须明确以下十个战略性的重点问题:学校发展建设目标的科学定位;突出学校的优势和特色;加强重点学科与博士点建设;明确科研工作的地位与发展思路;通过人才培养模式的深化改革保障人才培养质量;理解和处理好学校内涵建设与外延发展的关系;师资队伍建设中引进与培养的关系;重视内部管理体制改革与人力资源开发;把握好发展战略机遇与当前工作的重心;发挥好大学基层组织的作用。明确和做好以上十个方面的工作,沈阳师范大学才能够实现组织和成员的可持续与全面发展。The enforcement of the scientific concept of development is of great significance to the development of SNU. In accordance with the requirement of this concept, we must be aware of some strategically important issues, such as the scientific goal of the development of the university, the highlight of the advantage and specific features of the university, the enhancement of the construction of certain subjects and Ph. D granting right, and the clarification of the position of scientific research work. By doing the above well, we can keep the sustainable and full development of SNU in the aspects of its organization and staff.
