摘  要:对太子参的3种组培脱毒种苗(即茎尖苗、愈伤组织苗、种子苗)的大田生长速度、参根产量性状和游离氨基酸的含量进行了比较.结果表明,茎尖苗和愈伤组织苗的生长速度和参根产量均显著优于对照苗;种子苗的生长速度与对照苗无显著差异,参根产量低于对照苗.3种组培脱毒苗的参根氨基酸总量都明显分别高于对照苗,而必需氨基酸含量与对照苗均无显著差异.The growth speed and yield of tissue cultural plantlets derived from apical meristem, callus and seed of Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Mip.) Pax were compared, and their contents of 18 free amino acids were determined. The preliminary results were as follows: the growth speed of apical meristem and callus plantlets was faster than control seedling, and their yields were also distinctly higher than that of control seedling. In addition, the growth speed of seed plantlet was the same as that of control seedling, but the yield was lower than that of control seedling. The contents of total amino acids of root tubers derived from the three kinds of tissue cultural plantlets were higher than that of control seedlings. Among the four treatments the content of essential amino acid was not statistically different.
