摘  要:以成花逆转容易的乌龙岭和成花逆转不容易的立冬本龙眼为材料,测定了花芽形态分化期不同基枝叶片中碳水化合物含量.结果表明:不论是成花逆转容易的乌龙岭,还是成花逆转不容易的立冬本,基枝叶片中淀粉和可溶性糖含量均为:抽生纯花穗>抽生轻度成花逆转花穗>抽生重度成花逆转花穗.据此认为,基枝叶片淀粉和可溶性总糖含量高的基枝抽生的花穗不易发生成花逆转.Wulongling and Lidongben longan (Dimocarpus longan Lour.) cultivars, which are susceptible and resistant to flowering reversion respectively, were used in this study. The levels of carbohydrate in the leaves of the two cultivars from different basal shoots during flower bud morphological differentiation were investigated. The contents of both starch and total soluble sugars in the leaves of the two cultivars from the basal shoots produced pure panicles were higher than those in the leaves from the basal shoots produced light leafy panicles. The contents of both starch and total soluble sugars in the leaves of the two cultivars from the basal shoots produced lightly leafy panicles were higher than those in the leaves from the basal shoots produced severely leafy panicles. It can be concluded that basal shoots, whose leaves contain high contents of starch and total soluble sugars, are less prone to produce leafy panicles.
