摘  要:目的 探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (induciblenitricoxidesynthase ,iNOS)和血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SABC法 ,对 91例乳腺浸润性导管癌手术根治标本进行iNOS和VEGF检测。结果 iNOS和VEGF阳性表达率分别为 6 8.1%和 5 8.2 %。iNOS高表达与乳腺癌组织学分级和腋窝淋巴结转移关系密切 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。VEGF高表达与腋窝淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。iNOS表达与VEGF表达存在显著相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 iNOS可能参与VEGF诱导的肿瘤血管形成 。Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in breast cancer and its relationship with the axillary lymph node metastasis.Methods SABC immunohistochemical method was used to detect the iNOS and VEGF expression in 91 cases with invasive ductal carcinoma after the surgical treatment.Results The expression rate of iNOS and VEGF in 91 cases was (68.1%) and (58.2%) respectively. A significant correlation was found between high iNOS expression and the tumor grade and the axillary lymph node metastasis (P<(0.05)~(0.01)). A significant correlation was found between high VEGF expression and axillary lymph node metastasis (P<(0.05)). In addition, there are a significant correlation between iNOS and VEGF (P<(0.05)).Conclusion iNOS may be functioned in angiogenesis of VEGF way. The increase of iNOS and VEGF may promote lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma.
