摘 要:目的 :18FDGPET监测肺癌化疗效果以调整治疗方案。方法 :18例肺癌患者经化疗后 1~ 3月行18FDGPET全身扫描 ,评价化疗后疗效 ,18例均有CT结果比较。结果 :18例复发和转移者 15例 ,18FDGPET发现 14例 ,CT发现 13例。原发病灶消失且无复发和转移者 3例 ,18FDGPET确定 3例 ,CT检查确定 2例。监测肺癌化疗效果18FDGPET敏感性为93 3% ,特异性为 10 0 %。CT检查敏感性为 86 .7% ,特异性为 6 6 .7%。结论 :18FDGPET全身扫描监测肺癌化疗效果优于CT检查 ,是监测肺癌化疗效果较好的影像方法 ,能预测治疗效果。Objective:To monitor lung cancer response to chemotherapy and modify treatment planning of therapy using 18 FDG PET.Methods:Eighteen patients with lung cancer and who had been treated with chemotherapy during one to three months were included in the study. All patients underwent 18 FDG PET and CT Scan. The outcome of 18 FDG PET was compared with that of CT.Results:Fifteen of eighteen patients were proved to have residual viable tumor or metastases. In 18 FDG PET, the positive findings were presented in 14 patients, and 13 patients in CT. Three of eighteen patients were proved to be successfully treated. 18 FDG PET had sensitivity of 93.3%, specificity of 100% for monitoring lung cancer response to chemotherapy. In CT they were 86.7%, 66.7% respectively.Conclusion: 18 FDG PET is thought to predict lung cancer response to chemotherapy better and more accurately than CT.
