摘　　要：计算机网络作为现代信息传播最为快捷的方式,已为人们广泛接受和全面应用。全国公安信息网的建设,让广大民警切切实实地感受到了科技强警的重大意义。但是,无论多好的网络和多先进的系统,最关键的问题是要在实际工作中予以应用并使其效能发挥至最大。1实现信息网络化传输;2开发应用报表管理及处理系统;3实现资料共享;4完善人口信息系统;5实现网上户口迁移;Computer network has been used widely by the public as a rapid way to transmit information. The construction of national public security network makes the policemen recognize the importance of science and technology. However, no matter what a good and advanced system and network it is, the key point is to make it maximum application in the practice. Therefore, the following measures can be taken: transmitting information through network; developing administrative system with the use of report forms; sharing intelligence; improving the system of population intelligence; residence registration change through network; strengthening the supervision of law enforcement.
