论我国企业集团的规模经济发展

摘　　要：我国企业集团已成为带动国民经济发展的重要力量,但其发展仍存在着企业规模小、竞争力弱、过分强调多元化经营等问题以及制约企业集团发展的组织因素和行政干预因素。为此,我国企业集团发展规模经济应从培育企业核心竞争力、培育主导产品、完善企业管理体制以及政府进行宏观调控等几方面着手。Business consortiums have become an important force driving the development of the national economy in China, but there are still such problems as small scale, weak competitiveness and over-emphasis on diversification, and organizational and administrative-intervention elements restraining their development. For this reason, the development of economy of scale in business consortiums in China should begin with such aspects as cultivating core competitiveness, fostering leading products, improving enterprise management mechanism, and government macro-regulation.
