柴枳朴槟汤治疗功能性消化不良胃气壅滞型的临床及实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察柴枳朴槟汤的临床疗效及进行小鼠胃肠推进实验的研究,观察柴枳朴槟汤对胃肠运动的作用。方法:临床研究将50例功能性消化不良患者胃气壅滞型随机分为柴枳朴槟汤组和吗丁啉组,分别给予柴枳朴槟汤和吗丁啉治疗,观察临床疗效。实验研究将小鼠随机分为5组:正常组、西药组、中药高、中、低剂量组,每组15只。正常对照组每日用蒸馏水1ml灌胃,中药组每日用柴枳朴槟汤1ml(5g/kg～10g/kg～20g/kg),西药组每日用吗丁啉1ml(5mg/kg)灌胃,共喂药10d。分别予小鼠胃肠推进实验。记录各组小肠炭末推进百分率。结果:临床研究中中药组与西药组疗效相比无显著性差异。实验研究中中药组(高剂量组)、西药组小肠炭末推进率明显高于正常对照组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:表明柴枳朴槟汤具有促进胃肠运动的作用,适合治疗功能性消化不良。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the mechanism of Chaiz hi Pubin Decoction(CZPBD)in treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:Clinical study:50 cases of FD were randomly allocated to group A(treated group)and group B(controlled group).Group A(n=30)were treated with CZPBD 100 ml per time,p.o.bi d and group B(n=20)with domperidone 10 mg per time,p.o.tid.Experimental study:75 rats were divided into five groups randomly:the normal group,the domperidone gr oup,the large,middle and small dosage group,the percentage of small intestines w ith a mark of charcoal were observed.Rusult:The scores of FD in the two groups w ere significantly improved(P<0.05),but the difference of score was not significa nt(P>05) compared with those before treatment.The total rates were 86.67 %and 85.00 %in group A and group B respectively,the difference between which was no t significant(P>0.05).The propelling percentage of small intestines of rats in t he large group and the domperidone group is larger than that of the normal group ,but the difference between them was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:CZPBD co uld improve the gastric and intestine motility and was suitable for the treatmen t of FD.
