摘  要:目的 突变无毛小鼠是一种新型的基因定位小鼠 ,为了更好的研究该突变基因对小鼠特性的影响。方法采用日本光电血球计数仪、荷兰半自动生化仪对二月龄的F2 代小鼠血液学及血液生化指标进行测定。结果 雌雄无毛小鼠之间的Bun和Ca差异显著 ;稀毛小鼠雌雄之间的WBC、RBC、HCT、GPT、Alb和Mg差异显著 ,其它指标差异不显著。表型之间比较 ,Tbili、Cl、Ca差异显著 ,其它指标差异不显著。结论 突变无毛小鼠F2 代生化指标、代谢产物及电解质表型之间存在差异 ,体现出该突变对其机体的代谢功能有一定的影响。Mutant hairless mice with a first sparse coat appeared spontaneously in the production stock of normal BALB/c mice. For study of mutant hairless gene affected biological characteristics of the mice,hematological and blood biochemical index of F 2 mutant hairless mice were determined. The results showed there were a few significant differences in mice between sexes (male and female mice).There were significant differences Bun,Ca of mutant hairless mice.There were significant differences WBC,RBC,HCT,GPT.Alb,Mg of sparse-haired mice. The results showed there were significant differences between metabolize and electrolyte of F 2 mutant hairless mice and mutant hairless gene affected the metabolize infection.
