摘　　要：新形势下提高全社会道德水平应主要从以下几方面着手 :1.整顿社会主义市场经济秩序 ;2 .确立社会主义政治秩序 ;3.惩戒与褒奖并举 。To promote public ethical standards in the new situation, we should take the following measures: to rectify the order of the socialist market economy, establish the socialist political order and keep strictly the rules for reward and punishment.
