摘　　要：为研究青少年竞技运动员的各项具体非智力因素在不同运动项群的作用,在我国非智力因素理论和运动项群理论相关研究的基础上,运用逻辑分析和问卷调查等方法进行了实证性研究,旨在为教练员进行更具可操作性的心理训练,提高青少年竞技运动员心理能力乃至运动团队的综合制胜力提供参考。On the basis of research on both the theory of non-intelligent factors and event-group training theory in China,non-intelligent factor function grade in different event groups were studied. Logical analysis and questionnaires were adopted to do practical research. The purpose was to provide reference for the coaches to give more feasible psychological training,to promote the teenager athletes' psychological ability and to raise the team's ability of getting the upper hand of the competition.
