摘　　要：企业资源计划(ERP)作为因特网环境下管理集成、资源集成的信息系统,其实施是一项高风险和高成本的工作。企业资源计划(ERP)在国内企业信息化建设工作中举足轻重,大型企业ERP实施及其关键成功因素实证分析研究,具有非常重要的现实意义和应用价值。综述了国内外企业资源计划实施中的若干问题,研究了企业资源计划实施的关键成功因素并探讨了这些成功因素影响ERP实施的若干可能性和前景。The implementation of ERP(enterprise resource planning), as a system integrating both management and resource information under Internet settings is a high-risk and high-cost task. ERP is crucial to domestic businesses' informationalization, and its successful implementation in large-scale businesses especially the key factors in it are very important and valuable. Reviewing many domestic/foreign issues found in ERP implementation, the key factors in ERP implementation are discussed with their applicabilities and potential prospects explored.
