“多数原则”新解

摘　　要：在政治生活中,多数原则不是多数任意压制少数,而是多数充分尊重少数;多数原则不是众意原则,而是公意原则;多数原则不是是非原则,而是程序原则;多数原则不是最优原则,而是合理原则,我们必须从传统文化、法治意识、人的社会属性三个方面探讨对多数原则的认识误区,找到解决问题的正确思路。On the basis of considering the Majority Principle, through combining the documents and materials, this paper analyses four wrong opinions of majority principle .Firstly, majority principle isn't the principle of minority suppressed by majority but that majority should fully respect minority;secondly, majority principle isn't the principle of will of all,but general will;thirdly, majority principle isn't the principle of right or wrong,but the procedure principle;fourthly, majority principle isn't the optimum principle ,but rational principle. .Then,this paper discusses the reasons from three aspects——traditional culture.legal awareness and social attribute, proposing the way solving the problem from different angles.
