摘　　要：本文是针对高新技术产业发展水平的评价研究。文章提出了高新技术产业发展度的概念和数学模型,构造了高新技术产业发展水平的综合评价指标体系,针对我国高新技术产业的发展水平做了实证分析。This paper focuses on the evaluation about the developing level of hi-tech industry. Firstly it puts forward the concept and mathematic model for hi-tech industry development degree, Then it constructs a set of integrated evaluation index system, and a demonstration analysis is given about the developing level of hi-tech industry of china basing on this system.
