摘　　要：实现充分就业是一个国家实行宏观经济政策的目标之一 ,但在现实生活中 ,即使在发达的市场经济国家中 ,也不能完全消除失业现象。西方经济学家长期关注失业现象 ,各派学者深入探讨产生失业的原因 ,并形成各流派颇具特色的失业理论和就业政策。这些理论与对策建议对分析、解决当前中国的就业问题具有参考价值。The realization of full-employment is one of the objects in a country's implementation of macro-economic-policy. However, in reality, the phenomenon of unemployment can not be thoroughly eliminated even in countries with highly-developed market economy. Therefore, this phenomenon has aroused the long-term attention from western economists and the in-depth probe into its cause from scholars of different schools, and thus the formation of the unique unemployment theories and employment policies of these schools'. These theories and policies are of referential value in analyzing and solving the current unemployment problems in China.
