摘  要:“五四”白话文运动的重镇人物胡适使白话诗取得了合法化的地位 ,并将白话文体发展到一个新的境地。在新诗理论建设的问题上 ,胡适以“白话”为核心来建构新诗理论 ,鲜明的诗体意识使得白话诗从古典诗中解放出来 ;另一方面 ,其白话诗论的负面因素给日后新诗的发展埋下了危机。本文将胡适的白话诗论放置于“五四”历史语境中进行历史的还原和分析 ,重新定位其诗论的意义及盲点。Hu Shi, one of the major figures promoting vernacular literature in the May Fourth Movement, legalized the vernacular Chinese poetry, and also developed the vernacular literature style to the newly high level. For the formation of the new poetry theory, Hu Shi developed the new poetry theory with the core “vernacular Chinese”, whose distinctive poetic form awareness enabled the vernacular Chinese poetry to free from the classical poems. On the other hand, the negative factors of his vernacular Chinese poetry theory led to the crisis for the development of new poetry afterwards. Placing the vernacular Chinese poetry theory into the historical context of the May Fourth Movement to have a historical review and analysis, this paper reevaluates the significance and the blind spot of Hu Shi's poetry theory.
