浅论皂素行业环境标准制订的必要性

摘　　要：皂素生产是一个全国性的新兴行业 ,从其行业特点来看 ,《污水综合排放标准》用于皂素行业不适宜 ,因此 ,为保护重点水源、保护生态环境、促进皂素工业清洁生产、加强COD总量控制 ,有必要制订皂素行业环境标准。Saponin production is a newly emerging industry in the whole country.From its feature,we can see that the old standard is unfit to the industry.Therefore,in order to protect important water resources and the cological environment,promote the clean production in the industry and strengthen the control of COD,it's necessary to draw up the environmental standard in saponin industry.
