摘　　要：建立人员可靠性分析专家系统,可充分总结导弹保障领域长期积累起来的经验和知识并加以利用,这对提高装备保障可靠性具有重要的意义.通过模糊神经网络技术与遗传算法的有机结合,将知识、推理和挖掘过程融为一体,介绍了人员可靠性分析专家系统的基本功能、结构框架以及实现技术.Constructing an expert system of human reliability analysis can summarize and utilize those experience and knowledge that are accumulated for a long time in the field of missile support. It is very important for improving equipment support reliability. Based on the effective connection of neural network technology and genetic algorithm, knowledge, reasoning and mining process are incorporated. The basic functions, framework and realizing technology of expert system of human reliability analysis are introduced.
