高海拔地区公路建设项目的环境效应分析

摘　　要：结合高海拔地区的自然环境特点、公路建设项目的特征及其环境影响的特点 ,全面分析了高海拔地区公路建设项目的环境效应 ,并针对项目可能存在的主要环境问题 (如水土流失、植被破坏、对冻土及湿地环境的影响等 ) 。Impacts of highway construction on environment in the high altitude regions are analyzed,on the basis of the natural environmental characteristics,highway construction features and its environment impact characteristics.Measures of the environment protection and ecosystem destroy control are suggested in terms of the probable problems in the construction.
