摘　　要：结合山西铝厂安全管理创新的实践经验,阐明了企业只有不断进行体制创新、机制创新、制度创新和技术创新,才能有效提高企业安全管理的质量和水平。Connecting with the practical experiences of the safety management o f Shanxi Aluminum Manufacturer, this paper expounds that only by continuous prac tice of the institutional innovation, mechanism innovation, system innovation an d technical innovation, can the enterprises increase effectively the quality and level of the safety management of the enterprises.
