手性α-溴代酸酯的制备

摘　　要：以亚硫酰氯为试剂和溶剂合成了8个手性α-溴代酸酯,其中两个是新化合物。与传统方法相比,不需使用红磷,反应条件温和、操作简便、产率高且几乎全为α-—溴代产物。Eight chiral a-bromo-carboxylic esters were synthesized by using thionyl chloride as a solvent and a reagent, two of them are new compounds. Compared with traditional methods, it needn't red phosphorous and easy to operate. The yields were excellent and the products almost were α-monobrominated products.
