摘 要:目的 了解护士长与护士对激励因素的需求和满意度评价的差异 ,为有效应用激励机制提供理论依据。方法 采用自行设计的激励问卷调查表对 6 3名护士长和 5 97名护士进行问卷调查。结果 护士长对各类激励因素的需求及满意度的评分均较护士高 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;护士长和护士在激励因素的需求和满意度评分排序上存在差异。结论 要调动护士长和广大护士的积极性 ,必须全面掌握和认真分析她们对激励因素的需求和满意状况 。Objective A compared study on the incentive needs and satisfaction perception of head nurses and nurses. Methods Incentive questionnaires were used among 63 head nurses and 597 nurses. Results The score of Head nurses was higher than that of nurses in incentive needs and satisfaction. The difference is significant (P<0.05,P<0.01). The score arrangement of head nurses and nurses was different. Conclusions To arouse the enthusiasm of head nurses and nurses, nursing supervisors should understand the difference of incentive needs and satisfaction between them and take relevant steps.
